Food Vendor Application

APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 30th, 2018

Food vendor spaces are measured at approximately 10′ x 20′ (NOT to exceed 20′ unless additional space requested).  Additional 10′ x 10′ spaces can be purchased for an additional charge.

110v/20amp electrical service is INCLUDED as part of the vendor fee.  220v electrical service is available for an additional charge.  No other form of generator or electrical service other than that provided by Kansas City Diversity Coalition is permitted.

Weekend Rate (includes 110v/20amp)   $1,000
220v/30amp +$100
220v/50amp +$150
Additional 10’ x 10’ space $350/space
Refundable Deposit $100

Friday, June 2nd 6pm – 12am
Saturday, June 3rd 12pm – 11pm
Sunday, June 4th 12pm – 7pm

 

ALL food vendors MUST have a valid Kansas City MO Health Permit.  Temporary Food Permit applications may be obtained by visiting the KCMO Health Department website or office located at
