Exhibitor and Vendor Application

APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 30th, 2018

All exhibitor/vendor spaces are covered measuring 10’ x 10’ and include 1 table and 2 folding chairs.  Additional chairs/tables are available upon request for a nominal fee. Individual tents are NOT allowed without explicit permission from the KCDC.

Exhibitor/Vendor will receive one (1) parking AND two (2) admission passes for the weekend of the festival for their staff.  If additional passes are needed, they may be purchased for additional cost and SHOULD be reflected on the application.

110v Electrical service is INCLUDED as part of the Exhibitor fee.  Please contact the KCDC if 220v electrical service is requested.  No other form of generator or electrical service other than that provided by Kansas City Diversity Coalition is permitted.

Kansas City Diversity Coalition will NOT be able to accommodate requests for special electrical service and/or additional furniture during the festival weekend, so please PLAN AHEAD for your electrical/additional furniture needs.
